Is Cheltenham Festival 2021 Cancelled?
As it stands, fans will not be able to attend but organisers are eager to put on the four days of world class jump racing, so no it’s not cancelled.

Has Cheltenham races ever been Cancelled?
Yes, it was cancelled in 2001 due to the foot & mouth crisis.  It wasn’t cancelled in 2020, just as the Covid-19 pandemic was breaking out in the UK, it was the last major sporting event to survive before restrictions came in.

What date is Cheltenham Festival 2021?
Cheltenham runs from the 16th to the 19th of March in 2021

Why is Cheltenham so popular?
Simply put it is the biggest jump festival in horse racing anywhere in the world.  Yes the Grand National is 1 big race, Cheltenham is 4 days of all big races featuring the best horses from the UK and Ireland.

Is Cheltenham Festival on TV?
In the UK 6 races from each day will feature on TV for the first time in 2021.  The schedule has been adjusted slightly to allow ITV to show 6 of the races, with coverage ending at 16:30.  Of course Betfair will have all the races live on their streaming platform.
